Two month mark

At the end of your second month, I will review how you are performing against the level you were hired at, and I'll share the feedback with you.

A x.0 means you're consistently doing everything expected of that level. A x.1 means you're also consistently doing around half the things expected of the level above A x.2 means you're doing most of the things expected of the level above consistently.

Why after 2 months?

In the eventuality that you weren't performing against your level, we would then have one more month to put an action plan together and see results

Don't worry, it sounds scary, but we know that a 2 month period is pretty short and we don't expect 100% performance at this stage, our reviews are designed to uncover the growth potential more than the actual measurable performance at this stage.

It's also a good way for us to start thinking about the next step of your growth

End of probation

At the end of your probation, if you pass (and I'm confident you will!), we will start working together on your Personal Development Plan (PDP).

Moving forward, unless you were underperforming, we will always review you against the next level {x} in your case). Your PDP will be designed to help you gain skills and attributes to reach that next level. We will define the success criteria + milestones to get there.

We have a review cycle every quarter, and PDP 1:1s every 4 weeks to evaluate your progress on your PDP.
