Our High Performance Behaviours provide a common language and framework to talk about what top performance looks like at Charlie. No matter what level or role, we believe they embody what we feel is important at Charlie and ensure we’re all operating with the same foundational behaviours at the heart of what we’re doing. They’re likely to form part of conversations you have with your manager, as well as part of your personal development plan that you’ll build out at the end of your probation.

This could look like:

- Acquiring new skills and/or knowledge that allow you to push yourself and grow within your role
